Sponsor must meet minimum income thresholds based on family size for the past 3 years.
Insurance must cover health care, hospitalization, and repatriation costs.
Medical conditions must be stable for 12 months before application (may apply).
Notice of Assessment, employment letter, and bank statements required for income proof.
Insurance must provide emergency medical care and return to home country if needed.
