Services

Acuity Immigration provides immigration consultation and related services. We are authorized representatives and members in good standing with regulatory bodies. Our services include consultation, application preparation, and representation before immigration authorities.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
  • Pay fees as agreed upon
  • Inform us of any changes in circumstances
  • Follow our professional advice and recommendations

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms and schedules will be specified in your contract. Government fees are separate from our professional fees and are subject to change by the respective authorities.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate information and professional service, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in immigration matters. Immigration decisions are made by government officials, and we cannot control or guarantee their decisions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and communications. Information will only be shared with third parties with your explicit consent or as required by law or immigration processes.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date. We will provide you with copies of your file upon request.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
